Terms of use
The rules for using nondro: its website, a workspace, and the connector for AI apps.
Last updated: October 20, 2026
What these terms cover
These terms apply to everyone who uses nondro, made and operated by COMCOM S.A.S. (Colombia): this website, an organization's workspace, and the connector that links AI apps to a workspace.
When your organization has a contract with COMCOM, that contract governs the organization's use of nondro and prevails over these terms where they differ.
Your organization's workspace
Your organization decides who may use its workspace and what each person may do. Use it only within the access your organization gave you, and according to its rules.
The organization's data remains the organization's. COMCOM claims no ownership of it and uses it only to provide nondro to that organization.
Acceptable use
Do not use nondro:
- to break the law, or to help anyone else break it;
- to reach data or functions you have not been given, or to get around nondro's security;
- to disrupt or overload nondro or the systems it connects to;
- to harm, deceive or harass other people.
Misuse
COMCOM may suspend access that breaks these rules and, under the organization's contract, investigate misuse, as the privacy page describes.
AI and its results
nondro's AI, and the AI apps you connect to it, can be wrong. In nondro, what an AI drafts stays a draft until a person with the right permission promotes it, and actions that change an organization's systems go through that organization's approvals. You remain responsible for the decisions you make with nondro's help.
Other services
AI apps such as ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the sign-in providers your organization uses, are governed by their own providers' terms.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep nondro available and secure. Except where an organization's contract says otherwise, nondro is provided as it is, and COMCOM's responsibility is limited to what Colombian law allows.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we say so here, with the date, before the change applies.
